| We buy in large quantity direct from manufacturers, and that allows us to actually stock what is listed on our website and sell it at a much lower price. As a result we won't always have everything, but what we do have will be stocked and ready to ship the same day at a price that is lower than anyone else. |
Ordering Information
| Purchas Orders: We accept PO's from schools, hospitals and government agencies only. International Orders: We have a $100 minimum order amount (not including shipping & tax) for all orders outside the USA. Minimum Order: $12.00 (all orders under $12 will be charged a $5 processing fee). Shipping: Orders received before 4pm Est (1pmPst.) , Monday through Friday will usually ship the same day. Orders after 4pm Est (Monday through Friday) will usually ship the next business day. All orders are shipped F.O.B. Laguna Niguel, CA via UPS. Returns: We accept returns for any and all reasons during the warranty period. We do ask that you contact us for an RMA (Returned Material Authorization) number. This number must be clearly written on the outside of the box. |
